A Probe into the Protection Mode of Knowledge Property Right in China

西方发达国家的企业在知识产权战略运用上,把知识产权的保护强化到了极点,为了资源共享,统一对外,他们在企业间成立了知识产权联盟。该文在对知识产权联盟等概念及其发展和相关研究详细阐述基础上,论述国内大中型企业应建立自主知识产权战略联盟,以减少交易成本,为产业发展提供完整的技术权利。

The enterprises in western developed countries, in applying knowledge property right strategy, have already intensified the protection of knowledge property right to the extreme. For common enjoyment＇ of resources they united to face the outside, and established knowledge property right union among them. This paper, based on the description of relative researeh and development about the idea of knowledge property right union, suggests that the enterprises, big or middle sized, should establish their own knowledge property right union, in order to reduce dealing cost, and provide perfect technological rights for industrial development.
