两步铬鞣法的研究

Study on Two Step Chrome Tannage

本文在借鉴逆流法鞣制经验的基础上，建立了一种合理利用铬鞣剂的两步铬鞣法。采用该方法鞣制，铬鞣废液中的Cr2O3含量可降低到0．2g／1从下，可减少铬用量20～30％。该方法简便易行，产品质量易于控制，特别适合于中小型制革厂采用。

A new 'Two Step Chrome Tannage' process which reasonably utiilzes chrome has been establishedon the experience of ' Adverse Current Tannage'. In this process, the effluent only contains lessthan 0. 2g Cr2O3/1, 20 - 30% chrome tanning agent can be saved. The process is simple andconvenient, and the leather quality can be easily controlled. The process is especially suitable tosmall tanneries and medium -sized tanneries.
