猪反绒革的防水加脂工艺研究

Study on the Waterproof Fatliquoring Technique of Pigskin Suede Leather

本文扼要介绍了皮革防水概念、国内外防水材料中具有代表性品种的类属和特性以及相应之防水机理。结合国外皮革防水工艺技术特点，对猪皮反绒革的防水工艺进行探讨和研究，选择了几种疏水型加脂剂进行反复应用试验，并检测了所得绒面革的防水性。结果表明：使用这几种加脂剂在合理的应用工艺下制得的猪皮反绒革具有一定的防水效果。

The concept of leather water-resistance, the ciassification and features of typical water - proofmaterials from both abroad and home as well as the mechanism of water-proofing trcatment arebriefly discussed in this paper. According to the characteristics of water -proofing proocesses andtechnologies abroad, relevant studies of manufacturing water - resistant suede leather are carriedout. After a series of experiments with different fatliquors and the examination of water-proofingeffect of suede leather, several fatliquoring agent which help improve water-proofing result underproper applicable processes are selected.
