云铜公司根据铜冶炼炉使用情况和介质特性,开发了冶炼炉专用喷补料并选择了喷补工艺方法及喷补设备,本文介绍其现场试用情况、过程中出现的问题及改进措施。
The paper describes the development of special spray repair mix and method for choosing spray repair process and equipment according to operating conditions of copper smelting furnace and medium properties. It also presents the site service trial and problems occurring during the trial and measures for improvement.
