摘要
目的比较桐乡市不同学习阶段学生的负性生活事件,为学生心理健康教育工作提供参考。方法采用青少年生活事件量表对桐乡市6所学校1120名学生施测,并进行统计学分析。结果不同学段学生生活事件的发生数、应激总量、人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚和健康适应得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。小学生受惩罚因子得分高于初中、高中学生,高中学生生活事件发生数、应激总量、人际关系、学习压力和健康适应因子高于初中生和小学生。生活事件发生数、应激总量、受惩罚均为男生高于女生(P值均<0.05),学习压力和人际关系女生均显著高于男生(P值均<0.05)。结论不同学段以及不同性别学生生活事件各有其特点。应有针对性地进行心理卫生教育,提高学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To compare the negative life events of students in different stages of study in Tongxiang city, and to provide basis for the psychological health researches. Methods 1 120 students of different stages of study were tested with ASLEC and data were statistically analyzed. Results There was a great difference among scores of different stages of students in temps of life events occurence, stress quantity, personal relation, pressure of study, being punished and adapting to health( P 〈 0.011 ) As for the scores of life events occurence , stress quantity, and being punished, those of male studnets were higher than female students( P 〈 0. 051) But as for the scores of pressure of study and personal relation, those of female students were higher ( P 〈 0.051. Condusion Studnets of different genders and different slages have different characters. Targeted phycological education should be used to improve the students' mental health level.
