摘要
目的了解住院患者需求,为进一步开展无缝隙护理提供依据,并为拓展医院无缝隙服务提供方向。方法根据马斯洛人类基本需要理论和整体服务理念,从患者住院期间的生理、心理、舒适等方面的需求自设问卷进行调查。结果患者生理方面的需求主要是希望定时进行适合个体的康复训练活动,夜间睡眠时间按时熄灯,病区安静;安全有效的医疗需求方面主要是希望得到正确诊疗;舒适方面主要是希望得到周到服务和舒适的疗养环境;精神心理方面的需求主要是希望得到医务人员的重视和关心。结论以调查所反映的患者需求为导向,创新护理工作,开展无缝隙护理服务,使患者得到了人性化的优质服务,并促进临床护理服务质量持续改进。
Objective To understand the demands of in-patients so as to supply theoretical basis for further non-break nursing mode and supply guidance for the expand of non-break nursing mode. Methods A self-designed questionnaire based on the needs theory of Maslow and principle of holistic nursing, was used to investigate the physical, mental, and comfort demands of patients during hospitalization. Results Their physical demands mainly included regular rehabilitation training suitable for individuals, turning off of light in time during nighttime, quietness in the wards. Safe treatment demands mainly included correct diagnosis and treatment. Comfort demands mainly included considerate service and comfortable environment. Psychological demands mainly included concerning of disease from medical staff. Conclusion Based on the demands, the non-break nursing service is conducted, which allows the patients to have an access to quality service and promotes the continual improvement of clinical nursing quality.
