江西省大中专护生批判性思维能力调查分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解江西省不同院校和不同层次的护理专业学生的批判性思维能力状况及其影响因素。方法在护生自愿的基础上,采用便利抽样和随机整群抽样的方法,采用由香港理工大学护理学院彭美慈教授研制的批判性思维测量表(CTDI-CV)对接受调查的4所院校的200名护生进行横断面调查。所有数据均采用SPSS11.5进行数据分析。结果江西省大、中专护生的批判性思维能力得分呈正态分布,但整体状况令人担忧,在全体调查对象中仅有2人达到了正性批判性思维能力的认可分;不同院校和不同层次的护生除寻找真相和开放思想外,其余各子条目的得分差异均有统计学意义;电视节目、开卷考试、讲故事、网络游戏和美学课程对护生的批判性思维能力有促进作用。结论江西省大中专护生批判性思维能力普遍偏低,各护校领导和护理专业教师应采取有效措施改变这一现状。 Objective To explore the status and influential factors of critical thinking ability of nursing students of different levels from different schools in Jiangxi Province. Methods On a voluntary basis, 200 nursing students from 4 colleges were investigated by the methods of convenience sampling and cluster sampling, using CTDI-CV made by Prof. Peng Mei-ci of Hong Kong Polytechnics University. The acquired data were analyzed with SPSS 11.5. Results The scores on the critical thinking ability of two-year-course and three-year-course nursing students from different schools in Jiangxi Province were normally distributed, but only two students were considered to have the positive critical thinking ability, which was worrisome. The differences between nursing students of different levels and from different schools were significant in all items except the two items of truth-pursuing and open thinking. TV programs, open exams, story-telling, network games and the course of aesthetics were useful for their critical thinking. Conclusion The critical thinking ability of nursing students in Jiangxi Province is generally low, so the leaders and teachers should take some measures to improve it.
