摘要
目的探索课间实习教学模式在护理专业教学中的应用效果。方法对襄樊职业技术学院2005级护理大专生2个班98名学生实施课间实习教学,第2学年结束时对学生和相关教师进行问卷调查,了解学生和教师对课间实习教学模式的看法。结果98%的学生认为课间实习可激发学习兴趣,还可加深对前期所学理论知识的理解,并提高后续学习效果;97%的教师认为课间实习突出了教学过程的职业性与实践性,可提高后续课程的教学效果;97%的学生和96%的教师肯定课间实习能提高学生的沟通意识和能力。结论课间实习使理论学习与岗位实践有机交融,有利于提高教学效果,增强学生的职业能力,是一种可以推广的教学模式。
Objective To explore the effect of application of practice-during-the-course teaching model in nursing teaching. Method The practice-during-the-course teaching model was carried out in 98 college students in two classes of Grade 2005 of Nursing department. At the end of the second academic year, students and relative teachers were investigated with questionnaires and their views on the teaching method were also studied. Results 98% students thought that this kind of practice could arouse their interest in learning, deepen their understanding of the theoretical knowledge and improve their learning effect. 97% teachers thought that it could emphasize the professional and practical feature in the process of teaching and improve the teaching effect of the continual courses. 97% students and 96% teachers surely believed that it could develop student's communicative consciousness and abilities. Conclusion Practice-during-the-course can combine theoretical learning with post practice in a better way, improve teaching effect and increase student's vocational ability, which is worth being promoted.
