基于供需平衡的农民非农就业模式探析

Survey on the Farmers' Non-agricultural Employment Patterns Based on the Supply and Demand Equilibrium

解决三农问题的关键之一是农村剩余劳动力的非农就业问题。农民非农就业模式应着眼于实现政府、企业与农民三者的联动。政府应使产业结构合理化,并加大对农村的投入力度,实现城乡协调发展。中小企业要保持竞争优势,增加非农就业需求农民应提高就业能力,向劳动力市场提供有效供给。

This paper advances the mode of non-agricultural employment of farmers based on equilibrium between supply and demand after analyzing the current situation of non-agricultural employment of Chinese farmers. Governments, enterprises and farmers should combine to solve the problem of farmers＇ non-agricultural employment. Governments should rationalize the industrial structures, increase the investment to rural areas, and harmonize the development of rural and urban areas.
