摘要
目的:探讨关节镜下清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:对46例49膝的膝骨性关节炎患者行关节镜下关节清理术,术后关节腔内注射透明质酸钠。结果:对所有病例随访6～24个月,优良率84.8%。结论:膝关节镜下关节清理术是治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎的一种有效方法。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：46 patients （49 knees）with osteoarthritis of knee were treated by arthroscopic debrldement and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate after the operation.Results：All cases were followed up for 6-24 months,the excellent and good rate was 84.8%. Conclusion：Arthroscopic debridement is an effective method for the early and medial stages of the knee osteoarthritis.
