42例手术治疗股骨远端复杂骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of operative treatment for complicated fracture of distal femur in 42 cases

目的:探讨股骨远端复杂骨折的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法:对42例股骨远端复杂骨折采用逆行交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉内固定法。结果:全部骨折均骨性愈合,无感染、无断钉,按Kolment评定标准,优良率85.7%。结论:对股骨远端复杂骨折的处理中,应用逆行交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉固定是一种操作简便,损伤小,疗效好的治疗方法,符合现代微创技术要求。

Objective：To explore the clinical treatment method for complicated fracture of distal femur.Methods：42 cases of complicated fracture of distal femur were treated with closed reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail, and the effects were evaluated,Results：All patients were bony healing and no infection and no nail fragmentation took place.The excellent rate of knee joint function was 85,7% according to Kolment＇s score,Conclusion：The method of using closed reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail is a easily operative,less traumatic and effective treatment method for complicated fracture of distal femur, which fulills to the demand of modem microtrauma technique.
