氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡

Treatment for Fungal keratitis with Fluconazole

应用氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡１９例，根据病情把这１９例分为重型、中型、轻型三类，采用局部或全身用药等不同方法，治愈１８例，有效１例，取得明显效果。分析了治疗方法对治疗结果的影响，强调氟康唑是目前治疗角膜真菌病最有希望的药物。

Eye Hospital Fluconazole,a new antifungal agent was used for the treatment of 19 cases with fungal keratitis.According to the different conditions,the patients were devided into three types,including 9 cases with severe condition,7 cases with moderate one,and 3 cases of mild.Of them,18 cases were observed to be cured successfully,1 case had improvement in ocular symptoms and signs.The role of Fluconazole on fungal keratitis was evaluated and the results of the treatment were revealed to be related with the choice of the therapeutic method.It is demostrated that fluconazole is the most promising drug recently for treatment of fungal keratitis.
