摘要
用新西兰白兔建立人工晶体(IOL)睫状沟缝线固定术动物模型。分别于术后1/2、1、2、3个月时摘取术眼及对照眼。用电镜观察睫状沟部位组织变化。经计算机图像分析和统计学处理,结果显示缝线固定术眼与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Animal models of IOL with ciliary sulcus suture fixation technique were established on 48 New Zealand white rabbits.Ciliary sulcus specimen were obtained at the following intervals:1/2,1,2,3 months.Ciliary sulcus reactions were studied with scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The swollen ciliary processes under scanning electron microscope were accordance with the pathologic changes in the mitochondria under transmission electron microscope,which recovered on third month(P<0 001).The photoes of all samples were dealed with digital image processing.It is concluded that ciliary sulcus suture fixation method is an ideal method for PC IOL in the absence of an intact posterior capsule.
