摘要
对花生油制取技术研究现状进行综述,着重介绍水酶法提油工艺原理及工艺方法。从花生油提取工艺应用要求出发,提出水酶法提油工艺需进一步研究的问题。
The progress of peanut oil extraction technique, especially the mechanism of aqueous enzymatic technology, was introduced. And the problem needs to be researched about it.
