摘要
在磷酸二氢钾催化下,以苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、尿素为原料,一步合成了5-乙氧羰基-4-苯基-6-甲基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮。确定最佳合成条件为:苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯与尿素的摩尔比为1∶1.5∶4,乙二醇为溶剂,磷酸二氢钾用量为0.3 g,回流3 h。此时产物收率达96%。
5-Ethoxycarbonyl-4-phenyl-6-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2-'one was synthesized from benzaldehyde,ethyl acetoacetate and urea in the presence of KH2PO4. The yield ot the ,3,4-clmyclropyrlmltame-2-one was up to 96% under the optimum conditions:molar ratio of benzaldehyde to ethyl acetoacetate to urea 1 : 1.5 : 4,ethylene glycol as solvent,KH2PO4 amount 0. 3 g and refluxing for 3 h.
