红酵母细胞壁中主要多糖含量和类胡萝卜素产量的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 对红酵母菌株不同培养条件下类胡萝卜素产量和红酵母细胞壁中主要多糖-β1,3-D-葡聚糖、甘露聚糖含量进行了分析。结果表明:当葡萄糖作为碳源、(NH4)2SO4作为氮源且添加量为10 g.L-1、培养时间为72 h、pH值为5时,类胡萝卜素产量、-β1,3-D-葡聚糖含量和甘露聚糖含量均达到最大值,分别为(14.98±0.12)mg.L-1、(38.89±0.21)%和(6.12±0.13)%。同时发现红酵母细胞壁中-β1,3-D-葡聚糖、甘露聚糖的含量与类胡萝卜素产量间均存在正相关关系,这表明类胡萝卜素合成代谢途径和这两种多糖的合成代谢途径间存在一定的关系。 The relationship between the production of carotenoid and two main cell wall polysaccharides by Rhodoto rula sp. D at different culture conditions were studied. The results showed that ,when glucose was carbon source, 10 g · L^-1 (NH4)2SO4 was nitrogen source,the culture time was 72 h and the pH value was 5,the production of carotenoid ,the content of β-1,3-D-glucan and mannan achieved the maximum value,which were (14. 98±0. 12)mg · L^-1 ,(39.89 ± 0. 21) % and (6.12±0. 13)%, respectively. Furthurmore,there existed positive correlation between the production of carotenoid and the contents of β-1, 3-D-glucan and mannan. It could be concluded that there was certain relationship between synthetic pathway of carotenoid and those of the two polysaccharides.
