氩激光巩膜突光凝术治疗原发性开角型青光眼36例临床观察

A clinical investigation on argon laser scleral spur photocoagulation for treatment 36 cases of POAG

应用氩激光巩膜突光凝术对原发性开角型青光眼患者３６例６７只眼进行了治疗，术后观察２年，疗效满意，术后眼压下降幅度与术前比较有显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１），且未见严重的并发症发生。

Thirty six cases(67eyes) of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) were treated with argon laser scleral spur photocoagulation in outpatient service.All of the cases were obsevred for two years after treatment.The curative effect was satisfied.The intraocular pressure after treatment was significantly lower (P<0 001) than that before treatment.Critical Complication hadnt occured.There was no use the medicine of anti glaucoma in 21 eyes.
