基于GIS技术的区域综合投资环境评价研究——以福建省南安市为例

An Assessment on Regional Investment Environment Based on GIS:A Case Study of Nan'an City

结合对区域投资环境影响因素定性分析和现有社会经济统计资料评估进行评价指标筛选,在县域和镇域两个层面上共选取34个指标和30个评价单元,从而建立区域评价单元属性表,并对指标响应特征进行分析,其次是构建区域综合投资环境评价模型,确定区域综合投资环境评价体系,而后进行区域投资环境评价实证研究,对南安市投资环境在县域和镇域两个层面上进行综合评价,得到3类投资环境质量差异区并通过G IS软件实现可视化。

Combined with the qualitative analysis of the influence factors on regional investment environment and the evaluation of social - economic statistic data, the assessment index systems with 34 indexes and 30 evaluation units for the two levels of county and town are set up. The response characteristics of the investment environment are analyzed by constructing the attributive character table of regional units and special chart - layers of fuzzy utility degree of single index. Nan＇an, Fujian, is taken as an example to be studied by the integrative evaluation of the regional investment environment on the two levels. Three types of regions with different investment environment qualities are delimitated, and then transformed into visual figures by the software of GIS. The first type is the regions in the coastal areas with advantageous geographic location, transportation condition and rich resources, where the investment environment is the best; the second is those along the Dongxi and Xixi Rivers, where the investment environment is good; and the third is those in the remote areas or mountainous areas with general investment environment.
