摘要
某洗煤厂渣浆介质泵介质密度高,负荷较重,导致拖动该渣浆泵的异步电动机接近过负载,电动机定子绕组发热严重。同时,渣浆泵在运行中调节出口阀门控制流量,致使出口压力偏大,给设备安全运行带来不利影响。针对以上问题,改用机械调速方式,对存在的问题进行了解决,并取得较好的节电效果。
High medium density and heavy load make asynchronous motor pulling slurry pump close to overload and stator winding heat greatly.Furthermore,controling flow by regulating outlet valve of the slurry pump in operation results in higher pressure on the valve,and brings negative effects on safe operation. A mechanical speed regulation method is used to solve problems above, and better electric energy conservation effection is acquired.
