中国民间故事是中国民间文化的重要组成部分,蕴藏在民间故事中的民族精神被世代所传承。然而,"反智主义"叙事在当代民间故事中屡有呈现。其生成动因首先是表达了民间对体力劳动的礼赞;其次是"大众化"的社会主义话语体系对启蒙话语体系的颠覆,使"反智主义"在某些历史阶段上升为国家意志,并渗透于民间。因此,重新认识民间故事的社会功能,对其"反智主义"倾向予以明辨,引导民间文学创作和整理工作向健康良性方向发展,已经成为民间故事研究的一个重要论题。

The Chinese folk story is an important component part of the Chinese folk literature, where the national spirit is carried on from generation to generation.
