基于PLC的空气预热器漏风控制系统的设计

Design of Leakage Control System for Air-preheater Based on PLC

针对大型火电机组空气预热器的漏风问题,重点分析了其产生的原因,提出了一种利用模糊控制器来实现漏风控制的新方法,并设计了一个基于PLC的间隙控制系统。实际应用表明:该系统性能可靠,能够有效的降低空气预热器的漏风,为机组的安全满负荷运行提供了有力的保证。

This paper investigates the issue involving the air leakage of preheaters. The reasons of leakage in preheaters are analyzed. A new approach based on a fuzzy controller is put forward to avoid the leakage of preheaters. A set of aperture control system based on PLC is introduced. The results gained from practical implementation show that the approach is valid, and the air leakage can be reduced. As a result, the normal running of the boiler is guaranteed.
