摘要
针对运行在含沙水中的水力机械快速破坏这一严重问题,综合分析了其基本原因,提出了含沙水中水轮机的参数选择和叶片设计的原则以及水轮机的结构改进措施,首次提出了"λ"型叶片设计,并利用CFD技术对运行在含沙水中水力机械的水力及结构设计进行了优化,对解决含沙水中的水力机械快速破坏问题指明了方向。
The foundational reason for rapid breakdown of hydraulic machinery in suspension current was comprehensively analyzed in this article. The parameter selection,blade design principle and measures for structural improvement of water turbine were presented. The blade design of 'λ' type was proposed for the first time. The problem involving rapid breakdown of hydraulic machinery in suspension current was solved by making use of CFD technology.
