摘要
宁波市是我国经济发达的沿海开放城市。本文根据系统科学理论与方法,对宁波市土地利用社会经济效益与生态环境效益之间的动态耦合关系进行了研究。结果表明,1984—2005年间,宁波市土地利用社会经济效益非常明显,并不断提高,而生态环境效益在波动中先降后升。宁波市土地利用效益的耦合度演化可分为两个阶段:1984—1987年,土地利用效益耦合度快速增长,从低级共生到协调发展,并向更为协调发展;1988—2005年,土地利用效益处于协调发展阶段,但土地利用社会经济效益增长速度过快,而生态环境效益增长速度减缓,其协调程度有所降低。
Ningbo is a coastal opening city with rapid economic development. A dynamic coupling model between land use benefits is set up according to the theory and method of general system science. Corresponding indexes and weights are made out in the light of the model requirements and the reality of Ningbo City. During the period of 1983-2005, the socio-economic benefits of land use were becoming better and better, but the eco-environment benefits of land use decreased in the first 10 years and increased in the later 13 years. The evolving processes of coupling degrees about land use benefits could be divided into 2 stages: the coupling degrees increased rapidly from -65. 360 to 56. 310 during the period of 1983-1987, and the land use benefits soared from low-grade symbiosis into coordination. The coordinated extent of land use benefits decreased during the last 18 years as the coupling degrees arrived gradually at 90°.
