银行结构、信用环境与中小企业发展:基于中国跨省数据的实证分析

Banking structure,credit institutional environment and the development of SME:A cross-regional empirical analysis in China

通过运用中国跨省数据,对"银行结构观"和"信用制度观"这两种主要立足于信息非对称理论,强调各种外部环境因素对中小企业融资能力的制约的观点进行了实证分析,结果支持了"信用制度观",却没有发现支持"银行结构观"的证据。认为营造良好的信用制度环境是解决中小企业融资难,促进中小企业发展的关键。

What lead to the financial constraints and restriction the development of SME in China？ There are two explanations about this issue, which are the ＂Banking Structure View＂ and the ＂Credit Institution View＂. Our empirical findings are consistent with the latter, but against the former. Therefore, well developed credit institutional environment is the key of solving these problems.
