本文介绍了在不具备利用有限单元计算方法计算和分析电子汽车衡承载器结构强度与刚度的条件下,采用传统的简易计算和分析方法,根据外载荷分布建立承载器的力学模型,对强度、刚度进行计算和分析,并对汽车驶上承载器所需的水平抑制力、防止倾翻力矩等进行计算。

This article introduces using traditional trade calculation and analysis method to establish mechanics model of load receptor according to outside loads distribution and caculates and analyses the strength and rigidity under the condition that without using the limited unit computational method to calculate and analyse structural strength and rigidity about load receptor of electron- ic truck scale, it caculates level suppression when automobile drives on load receptor, preventing pouring force moment etc.
