摘要 以双向电泳、生物质谱及生物信息学为主要技术支撑的蛋白质组学是蛋白研究强有力的技术手段。比较蛋白质组学在生物医学方面的研究重点在于对疾病的发病机制、早期诊断及治疗,对致病微生物的致病机理、耐药性及发现新的抗生素,揭示疫苗候选和免疫原性成分。文章对比较蛋白质组学相关研究技术方法与特点及其在生物医学研究中的应用进行综述。 Two-dimensional electrophoresis, biological mass spectrometry and bioinformatics are major technical support for proteomics. Comparative proteomics has been widespreadly implanted into research field of pathogenic microorganisms. It focuses on the mechanisms, early diagnosis of disease and pathogenic mechanism of microorganisms, drug resistance and the discovery of new antibiotics, reveales the candidate vaccine and immunogenicity of the main ingredients. This paper introduced comparative proteomics research methods and technological characteristics and the progress of its application in the biomedical research,
