摘要 文章界定了与病毒拯救相关的一些概念,对T7RNA聚合酶(RNAP)为基础的病毒拯救系统研究进行概述。介绍了体外拯救方法及其缺点,并以最常用的痘病毒载体表达T7RNAP为基础的体内拯救方法为例,介绍了该方法对病毒拯救的研究进展及缺点,进一步介绍了无痘病毒表达T7RNAP细胞系的RNA病毒拯救体系的建立和研究,为病毒拯救,特别是以T7RNAP为基础的病毒拯救试验方案提供参考。 Some concepts correlated with virus recovery were ascertained in this paper, and some research progresses on recovery system based on T7 RNA polymerase (RNAP) were outlined: The method of in vitro recovery systems and its shortcomings were introduced;The research progresses and shortcomings of vaccinia virus recovery systems as examples were introduced The establishments of vaccinia virus-free recovery systems (reverse genetics) for RNA virus and its research progresses were also introduced. These methods would provide helps for RNA virus recovery, specially for establishing recovery systems based on T7 RNAP.
