摘要
目的:观察青蒿素对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22的细胞活力、增殖抑制作用、生长曲线的影响。方法:采用台盼兰染液染色细胞数细胞计数法、MTT比色法、细胞数细胞计数法分别检测不同浓度青蒿素对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22的细胞活力、增殖抑制作用、生长曲线的影响。结果:青蒿素在不同浓度能分别明显抑制H22细胞的增殖,并具有时间和浓度的依赖性(P均<0.05);不同浓度的青蒿素作用后,均对H22细胞活力产生了抑制作用,呈剂量时间、依赖方式(P均<0.05);不同浓度的青蒿素均影响H22细胞生长曲线,浓度越高,影响更加明显(P<0.01)。结论:青蒿素能有效抑制H22的细胞活力、细胞增殖和影响其生长曲线,有望成为简单、有效而经济的治疗肝癌药物。
Objective:To investigate the inhibition of artemisinin toward mouse H22 cells in vitro. Methods. Cell counting staining of trypan blue,MTT colouration and cell counting were used for detecting the effect of artemisinin on cells' vigor,proliferation and growth curve in vitro. Results: Artemisinin inhibited H22 cells' vigor,and the effect depended on the concentration(P〈0.05) or time(P〈0.05)Artemisinin inhibited H22 cells' proliferation and the effect was stronger when concentration was higher (P〈0.05)or time was longer(P〈0.05) ;Artemisinin showed effect on H22 cells' growth curve,which depended on concentration(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Artemisinin effectively inhibite H22 cells'vigor,proliferation and growth curve in vitro, which may be a simple,effective,and economical treatment for liver cancer.
