工业园区土地定价定量模型研究

Study on Qantitative Model in Land Pricing of Industrial Park

本文介绍了国内工业园区土地的定价方式,通过对参考工业园区已有税收数据进行对数曲线、一元二次曲线、一元三次曲线拟合分析比较,最终构建了待开发工业园区的一元三次曲线税收收入预测模型,并根据经济学中的成本效益法确定了工业园区的最低土地转让价格,为工业园区土地定价的定量研究提供了一定的参考。

This paper introduced the subjects of land pricing in main industrial parks, established tax revenue forecast mode of the industrial park, and fixed the lowest transferring price of land based on cost - profit law to give some references for the quantitative analysis of land pricing.
