摘要
为保证存储式油井测压器在高温高压高冲击的实际环境中测试的精度,根据新概念动态测试理论,研制模拟油井校准系统。该系统能模拟石油井下高温高压的测试环境,并在该环境下对测压器进行动态校准,从而避免了实验环境与校准环境不同引起的精度差异。模拟油井校准系统可提供静压力为0MPa~50MPa(表压);承受的脉冲压力峰值为0MPa~150MP(a表压);工作温度为25℃~200℃。
To guarantee high precision for storage downhole pressure-testing instrument in high temperature, high pressure and high impact, according to new-type dynamic measurement and test theory, simulative oil well calibration system is developed. The environment of high temperature, high pressure can be obtained in this system. Downhole pressure-testing instrument can be calibrated in the environment simulated by it, preventing the decline of the precision brought by the difference between the environment used and calibrated. The simulative oil well calibration system can afford statistic pressure 0MPa--50MPa (gage pressure), can sustain shock pressure up to 150MPa(gage pressure) ;with working temperature 25℃--200℃.
