介绍了深圳市志海实业有限公司研制开发的拥有自主知识产权、适用于PVC异型材用的无毒环保Ca/Zn稳定剂。实验证明了该Ca/Zn稳定剂的加工性能和铅系的基本相似,与进口Ca/Zn稳定剂相比,塑化时间长,塑化扭矩低,着色性和光洁度好于进口Ca/Zn和稀土铅盐稳定剂,而与复合铅盐稳定剂接近。

Non- toxic environment- friendly Ca/Zn stabilizer special for PVC profiled materials,which was developed by Shenzhen Aimsea Industrial Co. ,Ltd. and had proprietary intellectual property rights, was introduced. The experiment results showed that the processing ability of the Ca/ Zn stabilizer was similar to that of lead stabilizer and had short plasticizing time and low plasticizing torsional moment compared with imported Ca/Zn stabilizer,and its coloring property and finish degree were better than those of imported Ca/Zn stabilizer and lead/rare earth stabilizer, and approached those of composite lead stabilizer.
