摘要
在电动式AMT控制系统中,选换挡空位值的精确与否是影响变速器换挡动作质量的关键点。介绍了选换挡的执行机构和驱动单元,提出了一种自动检测选换挡空位的设计方法,可以方便地查找出当前选换挡空位值,并在台架上证明了其可行性。
The accurate determination of neutral position is the key to the quality of gear-selection and gear- shifting shifting in the control system of electrically-controlled AMT, In this paper, the actuator of gear-selection and gear- and the drive units of control system are presented and an automatic detection method of neutral position for gear-selection and gear-shifting is proposed. The feasibility of the scheme is verified by bench test.
