护理模式转变下护理专业教学改革的思考

高等护理教育是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,对培养高级护理人才,发展护理事业具有极其重要的作用。随着21世纪医学模式的转变带来了护理模式的新发展,在新的护理模式下,护理从以疾病为中心、以工作任务为基础的功能制护理转变为以病人为中心、以护理程序为基础的整体护理。现行的护理教育与现代护理模式的转变要求相距甚远,如何使护理教育模式与现代护理共同发展仍然是一项任重而道远的艰巨任务。

Advanced nursing education is an important component of higher medical education.And it plays an important role in training the senior care professionals and in the development of care cause. Along with the development of medical model in the 21st century, the new nursing model emerged. Under the new model of care, nursing model transforms from the functional nursing that is centered by disease and based on the nursing task into the Holistic Nursing that is centered by patient and based on the nursing process. The current nursing education is far below the educational requirements as demanded by the modern, new nursing model. So, how to develop the nursing education along with the modern nursing is absolutely a long-term, arduous task.
