摘要 目的:判断机械通气患者气管套管气囊压力是否合适。 方法:40例经口气管插管和15例气管切开行机械通气患者的气囊压力和注气容积进行测量。 结果:实际气管插管患者气囊压力为(59.3±217)cmH2O.明显高于推荐压力值;实际注入气体量明显高于推荐压力所需注入容积(P<0.05)。 结论:临床上根据经验和手感来确定气管导管气囊压力和注气量偏高,应对机械通气患者的气管套管压力和注气量进行测量和调整.以减少气管套管对气管粘膜的损伤。 Objectives: To evaluate tracheal tube cuff pressure in the patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods: Forty patients with intubation and fifteen patients with tracheostomy were studied. Both gas volume and pressure of tube cuff were measured by control inflator. Result: The actual inflated volume and pressure were higher than the recommended volume and pressure (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The cuff pressure should be measured regularly in order to avoid tracheal mucosa injury for long time residence within the trachea.
