摘要
现将2006年有关神经外科麻醉的部分文献进行综述。重点在神经外科病人的麻醉风险，脑血流动力学。脑电生理监测以及保护等方面，希望对相关领域的临床和科研工作有所帮助。
Many papers on neuroanesthesiology have been published in 2006. Some important studies were reviewed in this article and they may benefit our research and clinical work. This review focuses on anesthetic considerations in neurosurgicalpatients, cerebral hemodynamic, electrophsiological monitoring and neuroprotection.
