摘要
目前房地产开发发展迅速,业主对商品房质量投诉较多,其中砌体裂缝的投诉占较大比率,文中分析了砌体结构裂缝成因,针对性地提出了砌体结构裂缝控制的措施建议。
At present real estate development grows rapidly, the owners complaint a lot about the quality of houses,especially about building cracks. The author analyzes the origin of cracks and proposes crack control measures.
