药用大麦及其活性物质研究进展

Research Progress on Medicinal Barley and Its Active Substance

为全面了解药用大麦研究现状,从药用大麦的本草考证、药用大麦活性成分的种类、作用及检测方法以及积累规律和遗传等方面进行了综述,并从药用植物品质育种的角度,分析了药用大麦品质遗传育种的背景、研究方法,揭示了药用大麦品质遗传育种存在的问题,为大麦资源开发和活性成分的开发利用,以及药用大麦的基础研究发展方向提出了建设性建议。

The researches on medicinal barley were reviewed from the aspects of types of functional substances in medicinal barley,their functions and detention measures,as their accumulation and inheritance as well.In the view of quality breeding of medicinal barley,the background,research approaches of medicinal barley were analyzed,the problems exited in medicinal barley breeding were pointed out and suggestions to promote the development of medicinal barley were proposed.
