摘要
文章从市场化基本概念和国内外对其研究动态入手,运用产业经济学、计量经济学相关理论知识,结合电信行业特点和中国电信业的发展状况,设计了电信业市场化进程相关的测度指标体系,在广泛搜集和统计大量的电信产业市场化进程相关数据的基础上,深刻考察了中国电信业1996—2005年市场化进程,并对此加以具体测算和评价。
Based on this situation, this article has used relevant theories of knowledge of industry economics and econometrics, starting with market-oriented basic concept and study development about it at home and abroad, and has combined the characteristics of the telecom industry and the development of China＇ s telecom industry, has designed a Pertinent measuring index system of the market-oriented development about telecom industry. On the basis of widespread collecting and counting massive relative data about the market-oriented process of the telecom industry in China, it has thoroughly inspected and measured the market-oriented development advancement of China＇s telecom industry from 1996 to 2005.
