摘要
目的:研究滇桂艾纳香地上部分的化学成分。方法:应用多种色谱技术分离和纯化滇桂艾纳香地上部分的化学成分,采用理化及波谱分析法鉴定其中化合物的结构。结果:从滇桂艾纳香地上部分的乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为小麦黄素(1)、小麦黄素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、芹菜素(3)、芹菜素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、木犀草素(5)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、6-甲氧基木犀草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、原儿茶酸(8)、原儿茶酸甲酯(9)、咖啡酸(10)、咖啡酸甲酯(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)及胡萝卜苷(13)。结论:化合物1~7、9~13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
IM: To study the ehemical constituents of the aerial paris of Blumea riparia. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by several colmnn chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral analvsis. RESULTS: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extractof the aerial pats of β. riparia. Theh structures were identified as tricin( 1 ), tricin 7- O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), apigenin(3), apigenin 7- O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), luteolin (5) , luteolin 7- O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6), nepitrin(7) ,protocateehuic acid (8), protoeatecfluic acid methyl ester(9), eaffeic acid(10), caffeic acid methyl ester( 11 ),β-sitosterol( 12)and daucoslerol (13), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1~ 7 and 9 ~ 13 have been isolated from this plant for the first lime.
