介绍了大厚度压力容器用高强钢13MnNiMoNbR母材性能及焊接性能分析试验、焊接材料对比选择和焊接接头的力学性能检验结果,制定了用13MnNiMoNbR钢制造大型压力容器的焊接工艺要点。
This article has introduced the base metal property of 13MnNiMoNbR dead hard steel used for heavy pressure vessel, the analytic test of welding property, the comparison selection of welding material, and the tested result of mechanical property of welded joint, furthermore the welding process key-points of 13MnNiMoNbR steel used for heavy pressure vessel also have been prepared.
