摘要
对MS-3120钢制模块锻件的试制过程进行了总结。采用两镦两拔的锻造工艺,可以弱化锻件的纤维方向,实现各向同性。热处理淬火采用水淬油冷的冷却方式,使模块锻件力学性能满足了技术要求。
To summarize the trial-manufacture process of MS-3120 steeliness module forging. The forging technology of introducing the two - upsetting and two - drawing could reduce the fiber direction of forging, thus implementing the directions homogeneity. Adopting the cooling way of water quenching oil to perform the heat treatment quenching, to make the mechanical property of forgings meet the technical requirements.
