链佐霉素糖尿病大鼠胰岛损伤及牛磺酸对损伤保护的病理形态免疫组化研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文应用胰岛累、胰升血糖素和生长抑累抗血清,通过免疫组化染色对STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠(I对照组)以及用小磺酸对其进行防治(Ⅱ防治组和Ⅲ治疗组)后胰岛的病理形态进行观察。结果:Ⅱ和Ⅲ组较Ⅰ组胰岛B细胞变性坏死程度明显减轻,且B细胞表达胰岛素呈阳性的胰岛分别占44.6仍和34.9%,均较Ⅰ组23.3的增高,Ⅱ和Ⅰ级之间行显著差异(P<0.05).三个组均见部分胰岛表达升血糖素的A细胞发生明显增生。胰岛D细胞未见病理改变。我们的结果提示STZ对胰岛B细胞具有直接的损伤作用;A细胞的增生可能与STZ有关,并参与了升高血糖效应。牛磺酸对STZ造成胰岛B细胞的损伤具有比较明显修复作用。 Pathological morphology of pancreatic islets in streptozotocin induced rats( I ,control group) and taurine prevention and treatment diabetic rats(include Ⅱ,prevention and treatment group, Ⅲ ,treatment group)was investigated by immunohistochemical method using insulin,glucogan and somatostatin antisera.The results showed that the degree of degeneration and necrosis weakened obviously for the pancreatic B-cells in Ⅱ and Ⅲ compared with I ,the pancreatic islets of positive staining for insulin antiserum were 44.6% and 34.9% respectively,which was higher than that(23.3%)in I ,and signoficant difference between Ⅱ andⅠ (P<0.05)was observed.Among all the three groups,hyperl- asia was seen in the panereatic A-cells,but no pathologic change demostrated in the pancrestic D - cells.The results indicate that streptozotocin can cause the direct damage to the B - cells and taurine has repairing effect against the damage of the pancreatic D-cells by streptozotocin.Hyperplasia of the A - cells my be related to administered streptozotocin and involved in hyperglycemia in Wistar rats.
