眼轮匝肌缩短在眼袋整复术中的作用(附60例临床观察)

随年龄的增长，下脸皮肤松弛、眼轮匝肌肥厚、松弛、眶隔脂肪增多及眶隔筋膜出现退行性改变，从而导致睦袋形成。年育人的眼袋形成多为遗传性，其原因多为眼轮匝肌肥厚及眶隔脂肪过多。而在中、老年人几乎是各种因素同时出现，手术时以切除多余的皮肤，去除疝出的脂肪同时，也需要收紧松弛的眼轮匝肌才能达到良好效果。

The baggy eyelids are formed with aging because of laxation of lower eyelid skin,hypertrophy of the ocular orbicular muacle,the increase elective surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups, groups(propofol) and grorp T (thiopentone).The induction nethod was IV propofol 2mg/kg or thiopentone 5/kg,The intra - ocular pressure was measured during induction and intubation with propofol or propofolmoving the excessive skin and fat,and a satisfactory result then be achieved.
