The study of the crisis intervention in 100cases of suicidal emergency inpatients

通过自杀急入院１０例报道，发现自杀死亡率为１３％，精神障碍是主要的自杀原因，服毒是主要的自杀方式。在综合医院里对精神障碍的识别率低。强化对心理卫生的重视，对精神障碍知识的宣传和教育，以及会诊联络精神病学工作的开展对自杀干预有重要意义。

This article reports 100 cases of suicidal emergency inpatients. Among them the suicide death rate is 13% and mental disorders are the most important cause.Taking drugs are the main way of suicide. The less identification rate of mental disorders is found in general hospital.This findinig strongly suggests that the importance of mental health should be stressed and the wide publicity and education for knowledge of mental disorders and the development of consulation liaison psychiatry are vital for the suicidal intervention.
