术后早期腹部再手术的原因及预防措施(附46例报告)

Causes and preventive measures of abdominal reoperations in the earlypostoperative period(report of 46 cases)

本文报道术后早期腹部再手术４６例。约占同时期腹部手术１．３％。４６例中择期和急诊手术各２３例，其中阑尾切除术及胆囊切除术后再手术占６３．０４％（２９／４６）。本文就其原因和预防措施进行了讨论。

This paper reports cases with abodminal reoperations in the early postoperative period.It accounted for 1.3%of abdominal operations performed in the same period.of 46 reoperations, electove and emergent operations were,and half (23/46). Appendectomy and cholecystectomy accounted for 63.04% of the first operations. The causesand preventive measures abdomina reoperations arediscussed in this paper.
