社区发展中的农民自助研究——以某省慕楠县桐乡浏村饮水自助为例

Research on Farmers' Self-Help in Rural Community Development——A Case Study on Self-help for Drinking Water Supply in Liu Village, Tong Township, Munang County, × Province

本研究从结构化理论这一全新的理论视角,采用了案例研究及访谈法,对农村社区中饮水自助群体形成过程、自助的内部运作机制及其对社区的影响进行了深入的分析。研究发现,饮水自助基于社区中农户共同需求,以地缘为基础。饮水自助决策的传播以乡土舞台为载体,通过村民间的日常交往实现。自助过程中存在着明显的性别差异。信任、互惠及公正平均是自助活动内部的运作机制,也是自助活动得以顺利开展的关键因素。饮水自助对自助群体中的不同利益角色产生了不同的影响,同时促进了社区内部的整合。

From a completely new perspective of structured theory, this paper uses case study as well as interview methods, and deeply analyzes the formation of self-help groups, the internal mechanisms in self-help and the impact on the community through the field research on self-help for drinking water supply. The results of the research are shown as ＂self-help for drinking water supply in Liu village is based on the common needs and regional relationship of community members. Self-help for drinking water supply takes native arena as the decision carrier and is realized through daily interaction between villagers. Gender differences obviously exist in the process of self-help drinking water supply and its impact. Trust, reciprocity and fairness are the operating mechanism in self-help activity, which are also the key factors to develop it smoothly. Self-help activity has different impacts to different roles in the group. Self-help has accelerated the integration in the community, and enhanced the interaction and communication among villagers.
