Interaction Between Rural Migrant Workers and People Left Behind: Significance, Approach and Cost

文章从农村打工者与家庭和农村社区稳定的角度出发,分析了打工者与留守人员互动的内容、主要途径以及成本与效率。农村打工者到外地打工,导致原来所承担的家庭和社会角色弱化或缺失,但通过互动可一定程度上使其家庭和社区的经济功能和社会功能得以继续和发展。为打工者与家庭互动提供更多的平台,降低其互动成本,促进农村剩余劳动力更有序地转移。

Based on the mobility of rural families and communities, this paper analyzed the content, the approaches, the cost and the efficiency of interaction between migrant workers and their families ＆ communities. Peasants＇ migration out for work has weakened their role in their families and communities, but interactions remain than they can use these interactions to continue to maintain their economic and social functions. Therefore, efficient and cost-effective platforms for interaction between migrant workers and their families could make rural surplus labor transfer run more smoothly.
