摘要
本文从讨论文学文体分析的基本理念与模式入手,初步探讨了前景化概念以及与其有关联的诸因素,辨析了突出与前景化这两个重要概念,并通过实例分析来阐释前景化原理在文学文体分析中的意义和作用。
This essay begins with a discussion of the principles of literary stylistics, then goes on to examine the concept of foregrounding and its relation with some relevant elements, paying particular attention to the distinction between foregrounding and prominence. Based on the theoretical discussion, the present study offers an analysis of Maugham＂ s ＂A Luncheon＂ to illustrate the function and significance of foregrounding in stylistic analysis.
