摘要
以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯为原料,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为反应性乳化剂,采用预乳化种子乳液聚合法制得有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。探讨了AMPS对乳胶膜力学性能和乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,有机硅单体与丙烯酸酯能很好地聚合,m(SDS)/m(OP-10)为1∶1、且用量占单体总质量的3%,AMPS的用量控制在单体总质量的4%左右时,能最大程度地提高乳液的稳定性和乳胶膜的回弹性,使乳胶膜的断裂伸长率达1300%以上,并能迅速回弹;随着AMPS用量的提高,乳胶膜的透明性和耐水性有所下降。
2-acrylanmido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) was used as reactive surfactant to modify the polymerization of siloxane acrylate copolymeric elastic emulsion.The influence of AMPS on the mechanical properties of latex film and stability of emulsion was studied.The results showed that siloxane monomer and acrylate can be perfectly polymerized and the emulsion film has good extension strength and elastics.With the increase of AMPS content,the transparence and water resistance of the latex film is lowered fractionally.
