摘要
比较了聚碳硅烷(PCS)纤维在三种不熔化炉中进行不熔化处理的Si-H反应程度及均匀性。结果表明,采用侧风式不熔化炉得到的PCS纤维的不熔化程度的变异系数较采用垂直炉、隧道炉时降低了66.4%以上;采用侧风式不熔化炉对聚碳硅烷纤维进行不熔化处理时,随着不熔化处理均匀性的增加,PCS纤维整体引入的氧含量也相应下降;制备的连续SiC纤维的氧含量降低到11.8%~14.3%,且连续SiC纤维的力学性能由原来的2.0GPa上升至2.3GPa以上。
The Si-H reaction degree and homogeneity of the polycarbosilane PCS fibers were investigated with three types of cure furnaces including vertical,tunnel and side furnance.Results showed that the variability coefficient of PCS from side furnance was 66.4% lower than that from vertical,tunnel and side furnance.When PCS treated with side furnance,as the homogeneity increased,the oxygen content of PCS deceased,the oxygen content of Sic fiber was during 11.8% from 14.3%,with mechanical property to 2.3GPa.
